Demographics
Rellica has a Human majority, with traces of Orcen descent, being one of the few Reseggian kingdoms, alongside Weyland, to not be overtaken by the colonising Leonid population.
Culture
Lelo Ekani is the most common vernacular language spoken throughout Rellica, though it has many distinct varieties. The more traditional 'Ōlelo mele is generally restricted for religious and artistic purposes. In government, Rellica has fully transitioned to Common Leonic.
Mana ekani, and the associated artform of Mele Ahi, is the dominant spiritual practice throughout Rellica, and unites the different ethnic groups.
History
Prior to Leonid occupation, the region known as Rellica was home to numerous dynasties and kingdoms, predominantly united by religion and culture. Leonid Occupation, beginning in full in 172 LE, placed the House of Reed in charge of the other dominions, naming the whole region Rellica. In-fighting was frequent, especially following the Sack of Leona, though the House of Reed maintained control of the region up until the signing of the Treaty of Leona.
