1) The hardest part is taking the first step, so let's start with a little exercise. Practice saying "Mm-hmm" with rising intonation before you say something (say, when you're answering a question). This helps raise your pitch before you even start speaking!
And just like that, you've begun your voice training journey.
2) Sounding feminine involves more than just raising your pitch. For instance, it's also important to reduce your resonance, or else your voice will come out with that loud and buzzy tone. My favourite exercise for this is the Whisper Siren.
Essentially, you want to make a low, droning whisper, and then slowly slide up to a high whisper. Since you aren't using your voicebox, this forces you to instead adjust your larynx height, reducing the size of the resonant cavity.
3) Now that you're practicing regularly, it becomes important to remember why you're doing this. Try to really feel it when the cashier gets your name wrong. Know that even if you look like a woman, people will always judge you off of your voice. Listen to old recordings of your voice regularly, so you remember what we're trying to fix.
4) In those times when you feel anxious about your voice, its okay to simply speak as little as possible. Progress takes time.
5) It can be really useful to expose yourself to more feminine voices. Listen to female youtubers, influencers, and podcasters. Either consciously or subconsciously, you'll begin to mimic their speech patterns, and will learn what kinds of things it is appropriate for a woman to say.
6) If you're disappointed by the lack of results, it's okay to give up. Just remember that you'll always sound like. You know. Like that.
7) Look, if you're gonna be like that you may as well take my advice and try to speak as little as possible.
Fucking tranny.
8) Remember your motivation. I don't mean to be rude, but like, have you heard how you sound? Yikers. Remember the cashier? Are you really going to let yourself be seen that way? You're trans, aren't you? And if you don't do this then it's all been for nothing. It's like your life depends on it. Because face it: life is not worth living as a man. It's disgusting. I mean, look at yourself.
Repeat these affirmations: "I am disgusting."
Go on. Say it. Out loud, stupid. Like you mean it, and don't use that boyish fucking voice. Go on.
Good Girl.
Now: "Everything I do is disgusting."
Go on.
Perfect.
And lastly: "Only men are allowed to like themselves." Womanhood consists in suffering. How entitled to think it was anything else.
"Only men are allowed to like themselves."
There. The hardest part was taking the first step.

im kneeling in front of the toilet bowl. i saw my reflection in the mirror and it made me want to vomit. i feel like there's a tapeworm inside my belly. and so i am kneeling in front of the toilet bowl, and i stick my hand down my throat. my fingers are long. they must be a man's fingers. i start to press and tug, try to bring it all back up. i feel acid come from behind my eyes and in that climax i picture it so clearly; my fingers in my throat, like im sucking my own dick. jacking off into my esophagus. what a gross fucking thing i am.
